Second Estonian Republic period (1991-Present), built probably in 1995 in the summer resort of Võsu, most likely as a summer house.

Russian Empire period (1710-1918), built by Hermann Leopold Ammende, Balto-Germanic magnate merchant who inherited Pärnu's first department store from his grandfather at the beginning of the twentieth century, so he built this opulent house in 1914-1915.

According to the building register, the house was first occupied in 1999, but has since undergone renovation and probably originates from or before the First Estonian Republic period (1918-1940).
