Villa Ammende, Mere pst 7, Pärnu, Pärnumaa.

Russian Empire period (1710-1918), built by Hermann Leopold Ammende, Balto-Germanic magnate merchant who inherited Pärnu's first department store from his grandfather at the beginning of the twentieth century, so he built this opulent house in 1914-1915.

Russian Empire period (1710-1918), built in 1912.

According to the building register, the house was first occupied in 1999, but has since undergone renovation and probably originates from or before the First Estonian Republic period (1918-1940).

First Estonian Republic period (1918-1940), but fully refurbished in 1999.

Russian Empire period (1710-1918), build date uncertain, but likely to be 1890s-1910s.
